Tudor House Walnut Coffee Cake
2 cups plain flour 4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder 1 ½ cups sugar
¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/3 cup milk
Instructions: Beat eggs & sugar until light & fluffy. Add oil, vanilla & milk and combine with flour mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Topping: Boil 1 cup of cream, 1/3 cup sugar, ½ stick butter and a cup of nuts until caramelized. Pour evenly over the cake.
