Sausage Rolls Previous recipes

Ingredients (for 18 rolls)
|1 Package of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets||½ lb of bulk pork sausage meat|
Thaw one pastry sheet for 20 mins. at room temperature. Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 10" X 12" rectangle. Cut rectangle into 3 along the fold marks.Divide sausage into thirds and roll each until it is the length of the pastry.Place on edge of pastry strip. Starting at the long side, roll up. Press edge to seal. Brush the pastry lengths with beaten egg.Cut each roll into six 1½" lengths. Place 1½" apart on greased baking tray and cook for 25-30 min or until golden brown and puffed.
