Sausage Rolls                              Previous recipes

Thaw time 20 min. Preparation Time 20 min.  Cooking Time 30 min

Ingredients (for 18 rolls)   

1 Package of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets lb of bulk pork sausage meat
Flour   1 Egg

Thaw one pastry sheet for 20 mins. at room temperature. Pre-heat oven to 425F. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 10" X 12" rectangle. Cut rectangle into 3 along the fold marks.Divide sausage into thirds and roll each until it is the length of the pastry.Place on edge of pastry strip. Starting at the long side, roll up. Press edge to seal. Brush the pastry lengths with beaten egg.Cut each roll into six 1" lengths. Place 1" apart on greased baking tray and cook for 25-30 min or until golden brown and puffed.
