Quiche (Ham & Cheese Strata)by request of Donna Pearson
SERVES 6 - 8
One cup of cubed ham (ham cut into small squares)
One and a half cups of grated Swiss cheese
Half a cup of sliced mushrooms
Eight eggs
Two cups of milk
Four tablespoons of melted butter
Half a teaspoon of dry mustard
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
1. Butter (or spray,) a 9x13x2-baking dish
2. Layer the dish with the bread, ham, mushrooms and cheese beginning with bread and ending with cheese
5. Refrigerate overnight
7. Remove plastic covering and bake at 350 degrees for 45 50 minutes
