Apple Muffins



   Combine in a large bowl:-

   2 cups of Plain Flour

   2 teaspoons of Baking Powder

   teaspoon of Salt

   teaspoon of Baking Soda

   cup of Sugar


   Combine in a separate bowl:-

   1 beaten Egg

   1/3 cup of melted Margarine

   1 cup of Milk

   1 Apple chopped into small pieces

   Dash of Cinnammon

   Instructions:   Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just to moisten. Spoon into muffin tins to full.

   Cooking: Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
