Apple Muffins
Ingredients.
Combine in a large bowl:- 2 cups of Plain Flour 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder ½ teaspoon of Salt ½ teaspoon of Baking Soda ¾ cup of Sugar |
Combine in a separate bowl:- 1 beaten Egg 1/3 cup of melted Margarine 1 cup of Milk 1 Apple chopped into small pieces Dash of Cinnammon |
Instructions: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just to moisten. Spoon into muffin tins to ¾ full.
Cooking: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
